The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G is better than HTC U23 Pro, having a score of 91.8 against 77.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A71 5G has an older 11 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version.
