The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G's general score of 91.8. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A71 5G has Android 11, so it provides the user some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Fold design is somewhat thinner but heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, and both were only released with a couple of months difference.
Galaxy A71 5G features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A71 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a lot larger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photographs.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has more memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy A71 5G counts with a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4380mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, letting go some features and specs.
