The Galaxy A71 5G has a score of 91.8, which is better than the Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 overall score. The Galaxy A71 5G design is much newer, but a bit heavier and a bit thicker than Galaxy Note 5. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy A71 5G has 11 version while Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1.
