The Samsung Galaxy S20 is slightly better than Galaxy A71 5G, with a overall score of 94.8 against 91.8. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a a bit thinner and somewhat lighter device than Galaxy A71 5G, even though both were released only a couple months apart. These phones come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy A71 5G has Android 11 version, so it gives some additional features.

The Galaxy S20 has a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A71 5G, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. Galaxy S20 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy A71 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM.

The Galaxy A71 5G has a better camera than Galaxy S20, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same (4K) video definition and a 0.59 inches back-facing camera sensor, the Galaxy A71 5G also has a back facing camera with a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution and better video frame rates.

If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy A71 5G, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
