Galaxy S21 has a general score of 91.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G's 91.8 overall score. Galaxy S21's construction is a little thinner and just a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, even though they were only released 7 months apart. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding operating system features.
