Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 5G is much better than Xiaomi 12, having a 91.8 score against 78.8. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS, but Galaxy A71 5G has the older 11 version while Xiaomi 12 has Android 12. Galaxy A71 5G's construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi 12, but it is a bit heavier.
The Xiaomi 12 features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A71 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Xiaomi 12 also counts with a little bit higher display pixel density. Galaxy A71 5G has a really superior performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy A71 5G has a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A71 5G also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. Xiaomi 12 and Samsung Galaxy A71 5G have quite similar battery durations.
Xiaomi 12 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy A71 5G, because although it has a back facing camera with much less MP resolution and a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video definition and a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
