Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 5G has an overall score of 91.8, which is much better than Xiaomi 12 Pro's 79.6 score. Galaxy A71 5G is a just a bit lighter device than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, but they have the same thickness. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy A71 5G has an older 11 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12.
Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy A71 5G has a much greater hardware performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Xiaomi 12 Pro takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy A71 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for shooting images in low light environments and a back-facing camera with lot less MP, it also counts with a way bigger camera sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and videos and a much better video resolution.
Galaxy A71 5G features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy A71 5G also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, because it has a 2% bigger battery capacity.
