Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A71 has a score of 87.5, which is slightly better than LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 score. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A71 has the newer 11 version while LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10 version. Samsung Galaxy A71 is a just a little thinner and just a little lighter phone than the LG V50 ThinQ, even when both of them were released only 9 months apart.

LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A71. Both have 8 CPU cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. LG V50 ThinQ has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and more pixels per inch in the screen.

LG V50 ThinQ features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A71, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy A71 has a better camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting images and videos in low-light environments and slower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a lot larger sensor which provides a much better image and video quality and a camera in the back with a way better resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a bit longer battery performance than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V50 ThinQ. If you want to save some money, you can get the LG V50 ThinQ, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
