Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra, with an 82.1 score against 76.1. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra has Android 14 version. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is an much older cellphone than the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra, but Samsung managed to build it lighter and thinner.

The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 49% bigger battery capacity.
Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra features a greater camera than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a much more mega pixels camera, a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality.
