Asus ZenFone 8 has a general score of 83, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A8 Star's general score of 82.1. The Asus ZenFone 8 is a notably newer and somewhat lighter phone than the Galaxy A8 Star, but it's thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Asus ZenFone 8 has an older 11 version while Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Asus ZenFone 8 has a brighter display than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
