Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star has a score of 82.1, which is just a bit better than the Honor Magic 6 Pro's 76.6 global score. Galaxy A8 Star is a thinner and lighter cellphone than Honor Magic 6 Pro. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor Magic 6 Pro has Android 14, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
The Honor Magic 6 Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor Magic 6 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Honor Magic 6 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a better 1280 x 2800 pixels resolution, a bit more pixels per inch in the screen and a little bit bigger display.
The Honor Magic 6 Pro takes a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Honor Magic 6 Pro also has a back facing camera with a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution, a larger camera aperture, a much bigger sensor providing a much better image quality and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Honor Magic 6 Pro counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity. The Honor Magic 6 Pro features a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 5600mAh of battery capacity.
