The Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than the HTC U11 EYEs, getting a overall score of 82.1 against 76.9. The Galaxy A8 Star works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and HTC U11 EYEs counts with Android, HTC Sense UI operating system. Even though the Galaxy A8 Star and HTC U11 EYEs were only released with a few months difference, Galaxy A8 Star's construction is just a bit heavier but also a little bit thinner.
HTC U11 EYEs features a screen that is just as good as Galaxy A8 Star's display, because although the HTC U11 EYEs has a little smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a bit better pixels number in each screen inch. The Galaxy A8 Star features a little bit better camera than HTC U11 EYEs, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a way more MP camera.
