Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is just a bit better than the LG K52, having a overall score of 82.1 against 76. Even though the Galaxy A8 Star is older and a little bit heavier than LG K52, it's design is still just a little thinner. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy A8 Star has newer 9.0 Pie version and LG K52 has Android 10 version, giving you a lot of extra features.
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star and LG K52 feature incredibly similar CPUs, and although the LG K52 has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Galaxy A8 Star features a bit sharper screen than LG K52, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2220px and a greater display pixel density.
LG K52 features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG K52 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG K52 counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy A8 Star has a little bit better camera than LG K52, because although it has a back facing camera with lot less MP resolution and a way smaller sensor which provides a much lower image and video quality, it also counts with a lot better (4K) video resolution and a larger camera aperture to take better low light images.
