Galaxy A8 Star is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G Power, with a global score of 82.1 against 76.1. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11 version, giving some nice extra features. Even though Galaxy A8 Star is older than Motorola Moto G Power, it's design is just a little bit lighter and much thinner.

Motorola Moto G Power's camera is just as good as Galaxy A8 Star's camera, both of them have a same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate, a F1.7 aperture, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a 0.36 inches sensor.
