The Galaxy A8 Star is a little bit better than the Moto G60, with a global score of 82.1 against 79.5. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and Moto G60 has Android 11 version, giving lots of additional features and performance improvements. The Galaxy A8 Star is an much older device than the Moto G60, but it's much thinner and lighter anyway.
