Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a global score of 82.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha's global score of 76.3. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star design is thicker and noticeably heavier than Galaxy Alpha.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
