Galaxy A8 Star has an overall score of 82.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy J8's 76.7 score. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy J8 has Android 10 version, providing some nice extra features. Even though the Galaxy A8 Star and the Galaxy J8 were only released with a couple of months difference, Galaxy A8 Star's design is a bit thinner but just a little heavier.
