Galaxy A8 Star is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note7, getting a global score of 82.1 against 79.5. Galaxy A8 Star's body is extremely newer and just a bit thinner than Galaxy Note7's, but it's also heavier. Galaxy Note7 features just a bit better screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and a higher screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Note7, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Galaxy A8 Star captures a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a tinier sensor, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rate and a F1.7 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy A8 Star also counts with a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
