Galaxy S21 has an overall score of 91.8, which is better than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's 82.1 global score. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy S21 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S21 construction is incredibly newer and somewhat lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's, although it's also a little bit thicker.
The Galaxy S21 has a brighter display than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy S21 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S21 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star counts with more storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 400 GB. The Galaxy S21 has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3700mAh.
