Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than the Galaxy S8, getting an 82.1 score against 81.7. Galaxy A8 Star's body is newer and just a bit thinner, but also heavier than the Galaxy S8. The Galaxy S8's processing unit is very similar to Galaxy A8 Star's CPU, and although the Galaxy S8 has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
