Comparison review

Galaxy A80 has a general score of 84.9, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s score of 77.4. Although it's the best in this comparison review, we must tell that it is also somewhat thicker and much heavier. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s processor is very similar to Samsung Galaxy A80's processing unit, and although the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2280px, it also counts with a bit greater display density. Galaxy A80 has a much better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A80 also counts with a back-facing camera with a much better 48 megapixels resolution and a much bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A80, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has a 35 percent bigger battery capacity.
