Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A80 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, getting an 84.9 score against 79.5. Even being the best we compare here, it must be noted that it's also heavier and somewhat thicker. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has a little bit worse pixel amount per display inch, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and a bit smaller screen.
The Huawei Mate 20's storage for games and applications is just as good as Galaxy A80's one, they have the same internal storage. Huawei Mate 20 features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy A80 captures clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A80 also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a larger sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures.
