Comparison review

Galaxy A80 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A50, getting a global score of 84.9 against 83.8. Although it's the best in this review, the Galaxy A80 is a heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy A50. The Galaxy A50 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels in each inch of screen.

Samsung Galaxy A50 features a processing unit that is just as good as the processor in Samsung Galaxy A80, and although the Samsung Galaxy A50 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. The Galaxy A80 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution, a way larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality and a back facing camera with a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution.

Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A80, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a little longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has an 8% more battery capacity.
