Galaxy A80 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, having a general score of 84.9 against 78.1. Even though Galaxy A80 is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, it is much heavier and thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a more vivid display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has a bit better processing power than Galaxy A80, because although it has 4 lesser processing cores and 6 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU.
