The Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than the Galaxy A80, having a 91 score against 84.9. The Xperia 1 II is a newer phone, and it is also lighter and thinner than the Galaxy A80. Sony Xperia 1 II has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A80. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 8 GB RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 II counts with a much better screen than Galaxy A80, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater pixel count per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. The Xperia 1 II features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy A80, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
