The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is better than HTC U Ultra, with a 90.5 score against 77. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G body is a lot newer than HTC U Ultra's, although it's heavier and just a bit thicker. Galaxy A90 5G counts with just a little better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
