Galaxy Alpha has a bit better performance than LG V20, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
The LG V20 has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a bigger screen, a much better screen pixels density and a lot higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. LG V20 has much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The LG V20 has a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3200mAh battery size. LG V20 counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the LG V20 also has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution and a larger aperture for better low light photos and videos.
The LG V20 not only is the best phones of the ones in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, making it a great choice.
