Comparison review

The Motorola Moto Z4 has a score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Alpha's general score of 76.3. The Motorola Moto Z4 construction is a lot heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Alpha. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Motorola Moto Z4 has the older 10 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a little bit better performance than Moto Z4, because although it has lesser cpu cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Galaxy Alpha has a little sharper display than Motorola Moto Z4, although it has a quite worse pixels density, a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720px and a lot smaller screen.

The Motorola Moto Z4 features a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The Motorola Moto Z4 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a much bigger diafragm aperture.

Moto Z4 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3600mAh battery size.

Although Moto Z4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Alpha. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
