Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy Alpha's general score of 76.3. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version, counting with a couple additional features and optimized performance. Although it's the best we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a extremely thicker and heavier phone than the Galaxy Alpha.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a much greater pixels amount per inch in the display and a bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB.

Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better processing power than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a much better 500 MHz graphics processor and 1 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a F2.2 diafragm aperture, the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 61% bigger battery size.

The Galaxy Note Edge is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
