The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and more cpu cores.
Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has faster video frame rates, a much more MP camera in the back and a bigger aperture. The Xperia XZ2 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 3180mAh of battery capacity against 1860mAh.
