Samsung Galaxy Amp has an overall score of 57, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Ascend P1's 56.9 overall score. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Amp has a more recent 4.1.2 version and Huawei Ascend P1 has Android 4.0.3, giving a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy Amp's construction is noticeably thicker and somewhat heavier than Huawei Ascend P1.
The Galaxy Amp counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei Ascend P1, although it has a little smaller display, a little bit worse 800 x 480 resolution and a bit inferior pixels quantity in each display inch. The Huawei Ascend P1 features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Amp. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Huawei Ascend P1 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Amp, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video definition and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels. Huawei Ascend P1's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to Galaxy Amp's one, both have exactly the same internal memory and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
The Huawei Ascend P1 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Amp, because it has 1670mAh of battery capacity against 1500mAh.
Galaxy Amp not only is the best phones of the ones we compare here, but it's also cheap compared to the Huawei Ascend P1.
