Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than Galaxy C5, having a general score of 82.1 against 76.4. Even though Galaxy A8 Star is newer than Galaxy C5, it's way heavier and somewhat thicker. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
