Samsung Galaxy C5 has a score of 76.4, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s's global score of 76.4. Although Samsung Galaxy C5 and Xiaomi Mi 5s were released with only 4 months difference, Samsung Galaxy C5 is thinner and just a bit lighter. These devices include the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features.
Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy C5. Both of them have a same size display, a better number of pixels per screen inch and the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy C5, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
