Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy C7 Pro's 78.4 general score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has the older 14 version and Galaxy C7 Pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro construction is way newer, but noticeably heavier and thicker than the Galaxy C7 Pro.
