The Motorola DROID Turbo has a score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy C7's score of 77.7. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Motorola DROID Turbo's body is older, just a bit heavier and thicker than the Samsung Galaxy C7. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Motorola DROID Turbo has older 4.4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Motorola DROID Turbo features a way better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Galaxy C7 features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy C7 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 128 GB.
