Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than Galaxy C7, with a score of 82.1 against 77.7. These devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version, giving a lot of extra features. The Galaxy A8 Star body is a lot newer, but somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker than Galaxy C7.
