Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone, getting a global score of 81 against 77.1. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro design is extremely thinner and a little lighter than Asus ROG Phone, although it was released just 20 months before. Asus ROG Phone has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Asus ROG Phone also has a little higher quantity of pixels per screen inch and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. The Asus ROG Phone features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone's battery performance is very similar to Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro's battery life. The Galaxy C9 Pro shoots much better videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has slower video frame rate and a tinier aperture, they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution.
