The Galaxy C9 Pro has a score of 81, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW's overall score of 75.9. Even though Galaxy C9 Pro is incredibly older and a little heavier than OnePlus 8 UW, it's design is still thinner. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy C9 Pro has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, giving you some nice extra features.

The OnePlus 8 UW has a better looking display than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a quite bigger screen and a just a little better pixel count per inch of screen.
OnePlus 8 UW features a very superior camera than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels. Galaxy C9 Pro has just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
OnePlus 8 UW features just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
