Galaxy C9 Pro has a score of 81, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note7's global score of 79.5. The Galaxy C9 Pro design is thinner but somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note7, and both were only released with a few months difference. Galaxy Note7 counts with a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
The Galaxy Note7's storage for applications and games is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro one, they have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB and the same 64 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note7, because it has more cpu cores (although they are slower) and 2 GB more RAM memory.

The Galaxy C9 Pro features a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
