The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a general score of 90.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro's score of 81. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
