The Galaxy C9 Pro has a global score of 81, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2's score of 76. These phones have the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, so both of them should provide you very similar OS features. Even though the Galaxy C9 Pro and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy C9 Pro body is heavier but also a bit thinner.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy C9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
