Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is way better than Galaxy Core, with a global score of 80.7 against 59.8. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Core has Android 4.1 version, so it gives some extra features and better performance.
