Comparison review

The Nokia 3.1 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Core, getting a 65.5 score against 59.7. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but the Nokia 3.1 has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Core has Android 4.1, providing you lots of additional features. Nokia 3.1 is a noticeably newer and a little bit thinner cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy Core, but it's heavier.
