The Galaxy Note3 has a global score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Flip 7 (Rumored)'s score of 72.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy Note3 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Flip 7 (Rumored) has Android 15 version, giving you some nice extra features and performance improvements.
Galaxy Note3 counts with an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Flip 7 (Rumored), although it has a bit smaller screen.
