Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is better than the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, getting a 97.6 score against 87.1. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate 30 Pro has Android 10 version, so it provides some nice extra features. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate 30 Pro were only released with a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy Fold's design is extremely heavier but noticeably thinner.
Galaxy Fold has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little bit lower 1176 x 2400 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels quantity in each display inch.
The Galaxy Fold counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 30 Pro takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and a camera with lot more mega-pixels.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a little better battery duration than Galaxy Fold, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4380mAh.
