Comparison review
The Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is a lot better than OnePlus 8's overall score of 76. The Galaxy Fold body is thinner but way heavier than the OnePlus 8, and both of them were released only 7 months apart. The Galaxy Fold counts with just a bit better performance than OnePlus 8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM.
OnePlus 8 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than OnePlus 8, because it has 384 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Fold features a little longer battery performance than OnePlus 8, because it has a 4380mAh battery size. OnePlus 8 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 48 mega-pixels resolution and a much bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 8. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, else you can save a couple dollars and get the OnePlus 8, letting go some features and specifications.
