Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy A12's 80.3 score. Galaxy Fold is an older and much heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A12, but Samsung managed to build it way thinner anyway. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A12 has Android 10, so it counts with some nice extra features.
Galaxy Fold features a bit sharper display than Galaxy A12, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per display inch, a bit bigger screen and a much higher 1536 x 2152 resolution. Galaxy Fold features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A12, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy A12 has a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 14% bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A12's camera is very similar to the Galaxy Fold one, because although the Samsung Galaxy A12 has worse video frame rate and a much tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, it also counts with a much more MP back facing camera.
