Comparison review
Galaxy Fold is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M31, getting a score of 97.6 against 86.5. Although the Galaxy Fold and the Samsung Galaxy M31 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Fold body is extremely thinner but also notably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M31. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version.
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little bit worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Fold has a much greater memory to install applications and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy M31, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy M31 takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments and slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with a way bigger sensor and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
Galaxy M31 has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 37 percent larger battery size.
