Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy M31s's overall score of 88. Samsung Galaxy Fold is an older and notably heavier device than Samsung Galaxy M31s, but Samsung was able to build it a lot thinner anyway. Both devices we are comparing here use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy M31s has Android 11, giving some additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch. Galaxy Fold features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy Fold counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy M31s captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has lower video frame rates and a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality and a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Fold, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
