Comparison review
Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 5s's 76.4 general score. Galaxy Fold's construction is noticeably newer and thinner than Xiaomi Mi 5s's, although it is also heavier. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Galaxy Fold features just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
Samsung Galaxy Fold has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a smaller sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also counts with better 60 fps video frame rate and a much bigger diafragm aperture for better low light images and videos.
Galaxy Fold counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has more internal storage. Galaxy Fold counts with a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi 5s. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Xiaomi Mi 5s, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
